AI-driven results

We build Artificial Intelligence that fits your actual workflow

Most AI projects stall because the model never connects to the messy reality of day-to-day operations. We close that gap: from data audit to production deployment, every system we deliver plugs directly into your existing tools and teams.

The gap between AI hype and real impact

Plenty of companies have tried AI pilots that went nowhere. Here is what usually goes wrong, and what we do differently.

Common failures

  • Data lives in silos nobody has mapped
  • Proof-of-concept works in a notebook but crashes on live data
  • The team trained the model once and never retrained it
  • No one measured whether the model actually improved a business metric
  • Vendor lock-in makes switching or scaling painful

Our approach

  • We audit your data estate before writing a single line of code
  • Every model ships with monitoring, retraining triggers, and rollback
  • Success criteria are defined in your KPIs, not accuracy scores alone
  • We build on open standards so you own the IP and can move freely
  • A dedicated engineer stays embedded with your team for 90 days post-launch

What we deliver

Four practice areas, each staffed by specialists who have shipped production AI in that domain.

Predictive analytics

Demand forecasting, churn prediction, dynamic pricing. We connect structured and unstructured data sources, train gradient-boosted and deep learning models, and deliver predictions via API or dashboard. Typical accuracy uplift over rule-based baselines: 18 to 35 percent.

Natural language processing

Chatbots that understand context, document classifiers that route support tickets, and sentiment engines that scan thousands of reviews overnight. We fine-tune large language models on your domain vocabulary so responses stay accurate and on-brand.

Computer vision

Quality inspection on production lines, real-time object detection for logistics, and medical image triage. We handle annotation, model training, edge deployment, and ongoing drift monitoring. Inference latency under 40 ms on standard GPU hardware.

AI strategy and data readiness

Not sure where to start? We run a four-week assessment covering data maturity, infrastructure, team skills, and regulatory obligations. You walk away with a prioritised roadmap, cost estimates, and a clear business case your board can approve.

From first call to live system

Five stages, each with a defined deliverable and sign-off gate so nothing moves forward until you are satisfied.

Discovery

We interview stakeholders, map data flows, and identify the two or three use cases with the highest ROI potential. Takes one to two weeks.

Data engineering

Cleaning, joining, and versioning your datasets. We build reproducible pipelines so the work is never throwaway.

Model development

Rapid experimentation across algorithms. We track every experiment, share results weekly, and involve your domain experts in feature selection.

Integration

The model connects to your CRM, ERP, or warehouse management system through secure APIs. We test under realistic load before go-live.

Support and iteration

Post-launch, a dedicated engineer monitors performance, retrains on fresh data, and adds new features as your needs evolve.

Built by practitioners, not slide-deck consultants

The company started in 2019 when three ML engineers got tired of watching expensive AI strategies gather dust. We wanted to be the team that actually ships. Today we are fourteen people: eight engineers, two data scientists, a product designer, a project lead, and two client partners.

Every person on the engineering team has deployed at least one model serving real traffic. That is a hiring requirement, not a nice-to-have. We work in two-week sprints, demo working software at the end of each one, and bill on a fixed-price basis so budgets never drift.

Our office sits in Scotland, but we serve clients across the UK and western Europe. Remote-first culture means we can embed with your team wherever they are, and our overlap hours cover 08:00 to 18:00 GMT without anyone losing sleep.

Questions we hear often

It depends on the task. A churn predictor for a SaaS product can start producing useful signals with a few thousand labelled records. Computer vision tasks typically need more, though transfer learning from pre-trained models reduces that requirement significantly. During discovery we quantify exactly what you have and what gap, if any, needs filling.
Yes. We regularly work inside client VPNs or private cloud tenancies. If your compliance rules prohibit data leaving a specific region, we set up the training environment there. We have done this for healthcare, financial services, and government clients.
A focused predictive analytics project usually runs between £30,000 and £80,000 depending on data complexity and integration depth. Larger programmes with multiple models and ongoing support sit in the £100,000 to £250,000 range annually. We always scope and quote before any commitment.
Absolutely. All source code, trained weights, and pipeline configurations belong to you upon final payment. We use open-source frameworks wherever possible so there is no proprietary lock-in.
We run fairness audits as a standard part of every project. That includes slicing performance metrics across protected characteristics, testing for proxy discrimination, and documenting findings in a model card. If a model shows unacceptable bias, we retrain with adjusted sampling or constraints before it goes live.
